How to locate Admin OLD password.

Hi,

This may seem like a long shot, and for reasons I cannot explain, and may seem apparently deviate, but actually aren't, I need to locate the previous password used on one of my admin user account. Yes, the password has since been changed.

Does anyone know if this is at all possible?

This is not possible. In fact Windows doesn't even know what your current password is. Windows uses other methods that do not require keeping a copy of the password.
