How to make clone of Flash Disk IDE (Help)

Dear Sir,

I have one flash disk 512Mb with IDE 40Pin interface, which is mount in my machine PC. DOS base programs are running on my PC which is installed on this flash disk. I have arrange 1GB IDE flash disk from market & I want to prepare clone as existing. please give me guide line.

dear sir, very strange that u have a IDE boot drive like that. but usual process for cloning a HDD

i personally use parago drive backup

but many people on here use acronis true image

What programs exactly are running from that flash drive, can you describe? Does the computer boot and function normally if that drive is unplugged? Why cant you run whatever that drive runs straight from the hard drive?

i would assume it would be quicker than a normal HDD. is why the user does have it installed. but 512mb u cant fit much on there, neither on 1gb either.

I use RawCopy to clone USB flash drives

It also comes with the Hiren's boot CD.

I found it useful to make a clone of a utility flash drive that took me some time to make.
