How to maximize configuration screen

This is the desktop link.
I can click on "full screen" in the details but it won't stick.
Tried a new link based on Configuratie.lnk but that didn't help.
Any other workaround?

Can you be a little more specific please? What is the "Desktop" link? Link to what? What do you mean "It won't stick?"
What exactly are you trying to achieve?

Sorry, the English name is Control Panel.
I want the standard link on the Desktop always maximized.
That works, but after a restart I get the standard size...

OK so you want a shortcut on your desktop to open the Control Panel in full screen view. There is no "Standard Link" as you cal it. Try this
With the desktop open, click the Start button and type Control panel in the Search box. This will bring up a window that will have Control Panel showing the small CP icon near the top of the window. Right click on the words Control Panel and click "Send to " Choose Desktop shortcut. Close that window. Now click on the new shortcut, if the Control Panel opens in less than full screen, either click the little box between minimize and close or drag the window to full size from the bottom right hand corner and next time you open Control panel it will be in Full Screen view.
