I visit Nvidia web site there're many VGA cards how do i identify latest VGA? How they name there VGA Product Family?

The latest nvidia cards are the 5xx series.
GeForce GTX 580 is a high end

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590 Is World's Fastest Graphics Card - NVIDIA Newsroom
is the flagship. (very expensive)

Personally I recommend going with ATI just at this specific moment in time.
That choice is yours though.
