How to OverClock AMD Phenom II P960 Quad-Core 64-bit?

Im new at overclocking, i wanna know how to overclock so that i don't screw up my computer D:

i feel as if this computer can go farther then its limit right now, so that's why im asking. I just bought this computer 1 year ago ( 2011 )

It is not generally recommended to try overclocking laptops, notebooks, and netbooks. Due to their small size and limited cooling arrangements, even a small increase in the running frequency of the CPU might be too much, with the consequence of the computer overheating. For this reason, the overclocking functions in the BIOS in mobile computers are usually limited to enabling or disabling Cool'n'Quiet (or its equivalent). Some don't even offer that.
