Hello,
i have taken off the two HHD from my 6 Tera External ( WD ),
put them to my computer but they didn't work, then immediately
i returned them back to the external unit, but the RAID0 was corrupted
& it's didn't work, i don't care about it but the DATA inside it.

I used Data Recovery program it recovered the data tree,
but when i recovered the data mostly videos with their right size,
but one i opened more than 10 files none of them worked.

Do you know any good program or a good way to restore my data?

You had (2) 3 terabyte drives and you put them in your computer. After installing them in your PC did you go to your bios and define the raid volume of those two drives?

No i didn't, after i found that it didn't find it in My Computer,
and it was unallocated in Disk Manager, so i put them back
in the external unit.

What type of external unit is it? model number?
It is possible that if the unit was using software raid then your data may be lost, unless the unit can rebuild the raid array.
Personally I use TestDisk - CGSecurity to recover files, if we can see that the raid array is not rebuild I can help you use the program to try and recover files.

One last question, how is this external unit attached to the computer, using USB, eSATA, or through the network?

Test disk is good - bit tricky to use - fab for a freebie.

You might want to look at ZAR.

It isn't free - but it will do the scan and if it looks good - then you can decide if you want to pay for and actually do the recovery.

It seems to be about the best one out there.

BTW - it is worth getting the Demo version anyway - because digital image recovery function is completely free and fully working.

RAID recovery
Good advice but the main issue right now is to get the volume rebuilt, the WD Studio Edition II does not rebuild raid 0 if drives are inserted and then removed. So the OP needs to make a software raid 0 in windows first because otherwise any data that seems to be recovered in actuality will be metadata from the raid and not actual files.

Edit, hmm the raid recovery you linked too might actually rebuild it without making windows rebuild it.
EDIT(2): it may just be easier to do what SIW2 linked to, give that a try and if that doesn't work we can try testdisk.
