How to recover my files after malware attack, without restore point

i had a malware attack -not sure i successfully removed it- and all files are corrupted, the trouble is that i didn't find any restore point saved, so is there any way to restore them.

System Restore probably wouldn't be able to restore corrupted files themselves, may have to do a Factory Restore but check with Dell Support or any documentation you received about how to do that. If you made the Factory Restore set of discs when prompted during setup you can use them to put the computer back to its original/as-shipped condition. If the discs were not made you may be able to get them from Dell.
