How to recover System Reserved Partition

Hello Folks,

Recently i came to know about the sytem reserved partition. I checked my system using
the diskpart command and found that it is not there. I am using Windows 7 ultimate 64-Bit.
Maybe it has been deleted somehow. I then tried searching for deleted partitions using
Easeus Partition Master and got an error that right now i don't have any unallocated space
on my disk.
Is there any other way to recover the reserved partition or do i have to make some
unallocated space (by deleting the last partition) in order to look for the deleted reserved
partition or maybe making a new reserved partition ? Please suggest !! :(
My diskpart output :

If there was a system reserved partition, and it then got deleted and the space was then reallocated into one big partition for all the space on the drive, it is not likely that you will be able to recover it. If you make yet another partition change, that is, if you delete a partition that currently exists, you will have even less possibility of recovering the former system reserved partition.

If everything is running well for you in Windows 7, then I wouldn't worry about this. The only thing that is in the system reserved partition are the files necessary for doing a factory restore, plus perhaps some software tools.

What I would strongly suggest is that you do a complete backup of your Windows 7 hard drive. Use some good backup software such as Macrium Reflect Free. Make two backups -- a clone backup, and an image backup. By doing this, you will be able to recover from a crashed hard drive or from some other catastrophe.

In fact, if you want to make doubly sure you can recover from a catastrophe, then make two clones and two images, putting one of each on two separate external hard drives.

No everything is not well with my system and here's what's wrong with it :
1. Particular security rollups fail, one user pointed out that in his case, it was the missing Windows Recovery
Environment (F8 not working during booting) and some corrupt files.
2. F8 does not work during system booting.
This made me look for the cause(s) and i came across this issue

It is not necessary to have a System Reserved partition on a Windows 7 system. You can install Windows 7 to a clean, blank hard drive which has no partitions on it; at the beginning of the install process, you create one partition for the entire drive, and then you format the partition. You then proceed with the install of Windows 7. In other words, there is no System Reserved partition.

I have done this many times, and Windows 7 always runs fine after the install.

In your case, it sounds like a clean install of Windows is needed (wiping the drive in the process). But if you could provide more information about what is going on with Windows, I might be able to give you a better solution than that.

Hi techiesan778.

If you use Bitlocker then you NEED the system reserved partition.
As its all of 300mb keep it.

note i know Macrium looks for it.
