How to regain access to UAC (Admin passwords)

Hi

I created a new account for myself and made it an admin account. I then removed the admin priviliges in my sisters account. Somehow now both are standard user accounts and anything i try to do is blocked by an admin password.

Noone has ever entered a password for the admin accounts so i have no idea what this could be. It is not giving me a hint or any help at all.


I would rather not have to reboot the whole thing as it's very time consuming.

It sounds like you're trying to hack your sisters PC and I don't think you'll get help here.

Actually it is the family computer. My sister is disabled and keeps downloading things and i wanted to be able to put parental controls onto her account, to do so i need to have an admin account. Quite offensive reply to be honest.
