How to remove all window updates at once?(revert to freshly installed)

Hi,
this question was asked on the internet over the years but it seems like (the good) answers were removed.

I have a win 7. I suspect that some of the updates from previous years are having some collisions. I want to remove them all and reupdate the machine again. that includes all of my drivers (from intel, not microsoft).

So far I tried by hand (control panel->remove programs) but... 600 items? yeah, no.
By jv16 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZUKHWxM2jA ) but... didn't pan out.
and there are hints of some batch commands which require some list but... it seems that all (decent) threads are linking to a removed microsoft post (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...nstalled/2ac9e797-b9d4-46de-bee3-d93c3c409bda).


If someone knows of a way, i would appreciate it.

Id just use the factory restore option, or go for a clean install.
Either way it'll likely take the same time to complete.

Clean install is a problem because... well.. there is so much information scattered around from the last 6 years that I'm afraid to loose anything. It's all over the place like... my real desktop.


factory restore - doesn't 't that also deletes many things?

Yep Factory restore does delete your data.
Repair install is available keeps all your Personal data,

thank you, I finally finished it 2 days ago, and at first glance that seems like the solution which was needed (Created some new problems but I think I know how to handle them ).
