Somehow this virus from hell ended up on my PC. For 3 weeks every other day I have to reboot/force close to get this thing off. When it's on I cannot get my email or go to ANY site. I get my home page that's it. I only use CHROME & occasionally Firefox. Neither AVG or Malware Bytes picks it up. Can anyone offer a SIMPLE way to remove it? Going into the Bios etc...if it's too complicated I'll have to hire an expert. I'd rather find a less hard way to remove it for good than having to reboot every other day, which works but is a pain! Last night when I closed out(IT WAS THERE) it shows up at closing because it's trying to keep me from shutting down so I do a force close and it's fine. I ONLY went to Facebook and eBay. Since I have been on FB for years(I need it for work) I'm guessing it was one of the sites thru eBay. Please help. I'd appreciate it so.....much:thumbsup:

Please download and save FRST 64bit or FRST 32 bit to your Desktop make sure you get the right one for your windows.

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Make sure that Addition option is checked.
Press Scan button.
It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
Please copy and paste log back .
The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe).
