How to remove search.us.com

hi, a friend of mine clicked a wrong link while browsing the internet and two software are suddenly installed on the computer, namely optimiser pro v3 and search.us.com. i was able to uninstall optimiser pro but i cant seem to uninstall search.us.com. ive searched the internet but the solutions i found did not work. need help in removing this malware.

Please follow the instructions on the link provided by koolkat77, up to, and including Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

:info:When you are done running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, a report opens in Notepad.
:ar: Please copy/paste the entire contents of the MBAM report in your reply.
