How to remove white eye???

Hi, you can see the pic with white eye! I tried using Red eye fix using Photoshop, but it doesn't work, do u have any program to repair my eye

A Google search for "Photoshop changing eye color" will give you some tutorials.

As "red eye" goes .... there's no such thing as white eye ... that is an effect that has been applied or maybe the way that the light has entered the lens .... looks like you might have to do it manually ... but it's not to difficult to change, here's a quick example
