How to Restore Deleted Bookmark?

So, I create a backup of my bookmark by exporting them. The browser is Google Chrome. I delete entire of my bookmark after exporting them and then I close the Chrome. But a weird is happening. When I import the bookmark back into Chrome, some of them are missing (for example, if my bookmarked websites are 10, 5 of them is missing/not showing after importing them back into Chrome). Why this is happening? The question is, how do I restore the bookmark?

I do not know about Google Chrome, however, Firefox would have several backups of internal bookmarks saved as an html or whatever the default is called. I will watch this thread and learn with you. I too heavily use Google Chrome.
