How to restore most frequently used programs in start menu

I,ve been looking for quite a white but could't find an answer. I performed a run command clean up from start menu properties by unchecking -store and display recently opened programs in start menu.The start menu got cleaned. I found a way to restore pinned programs and jump lists. My problem is i still can't get back my most frequently used programs to show the way they were before i performed the run clean up. Is there any way to get them back and how?

That's not what i need..i already looked this thread...i want my frequently used back not restoring to default settings...thank u thought...any other ideas?
