Solved how to select hardisks boot priority at startup

i have three harddisks on my pc......

2 of them have vista 64 bit and one of them has win7 64 bit....

Trying to select which one i would boot from had been a real pain in the ass.... bios setup boot sequence blah blah..... until i used some software which i cannot remember that installed itself at some point and then ever single time i started my pc it gave an awesome simple screen that let me chose which hard disk to boot from...

i had to reisntall win 7 64 bit on my main hard disk and sadly now that awesome thingie is gone.......

Any help how i can find this software again? all 3 HDs are using 64 bit versions.......

It's very easy whenever you want to boot a specific device in the BIOS, use the one-time boot menu hot-key specific to your motherboard, you don't have to change the main BIOS default boot order.

• Asus - F8
• HP/Compaq - Esc
• Sony - F2
• Acer – F12
• Gateway - F10
• eMachnes - F10
• Gigabyte – F12
• Toshiba - F12
• Dell - F12
• IBM/Lenovo - the blue Thinkvantage button

Jesus, i even email asus tech support that never answered me plus it was NEVER to be found on any of their manuals......

If your BIOS supports this feature (and the vast majority do), then you should see the appropriate key to press when you power up your computer.

I have an Asus board also and there's no documentation of any kind, including the BIOS startup screen.
