Look at the top right corner of the page, under your name you'll see private message click the name and send a message. Hope this helps

As bowtie segiogarcia said if you see a users post simply click on the name and clic send PM. If you dont see a users name you can go to quickLinks and see who is online. If they are your freind (in your friends list) you can go into your user cpanel click friends and contacts and find who you want
