How to set hwclock to UTC?

Hi All;

Not sure if this is the correct sub-forum for this. If not, please have moderator correct it.

Is there a way to set win7 to use UTC hardware (BIOS) clock? That would alleviate time zone changes for me and because I do much communication with European firms.

I'm not familiar with configuring multiple clocks on windows but you could give these apps/gadgets a try: 24Hr World Desktop Clock Gadget for Windows 7 and Vista and Windows 7 World Clock Gadget
