How to start a My Custom Program in Windows PE 5?

Hi Guys !!! I want to load an iso which has windows pe 5 .. and start a default program in it.

How do i do it ? i know how to use easybcd and add boot entry on the usb.. but how do i ensure that
the program which i want to start, starts when windows PE 5 starts ?

I'm not sure if this is the most up to date since it mentions WinPE 2.0. But I'd be surprised if they removed it. I'd expect new stuff to be added on. Someone more familiar with WinPE 5.0 may correct me though.
