How to start in DOS instead of going into Win 7?

My motherboard is Asus P7P55D-E PRO. I have tried pressing F2, F8, F10, DEL during PC starting, but I am unable to get to the DOS.

I want to go into DOS to do CHKDSK /R because my hard drive has bad sectors and I cannot go into Windows.

How to go into DOS?

you cannot start in DOS exactly, but you can get into system recovery and run CMD from there, here's how:

The first one didn't work for me either, it is clickable but empty page. Second link works.

Do you have a Windows installation DVD?
If yes, you should be able to just boot from it, and then go to repair console. It will offer you a command prompt.
