How to still use steam after it ended last year

Steam officially announced on January 1 2024 windows 7 will not support, but i see someone still use steam on windows 7. How ?

Older versions of steam still work on Windows 7, so you can still play without too many problems.
Some have managed to run 2025 versions of Steam with VxKek, but they are very unstable at the moment.

Steam CMD is always an option its command line and does not depend on the modern GUI frameworks which are the issue with Windows 7 and Steam.
