Hi Everyone
I have just installed a program on my computer called CopyTrans which required the installation of some drivers. At the end of the installation, the installation program unexpectedly restarted my computer without even asking if it was ok to restart it, thus causing me to lose a lot of unsaved work. This makes me extremely angry and I think that this is a highly unethical way to design an installation program. Anyway, does anyone know if there is a registry setting or some other method in Windows 7 which can make it impossible for any software on my computer to restart my computer without my permission?
Thank you very much.
Kind regards
Tim
