A program that I am familiar with that affects performance consuming at least half of CPU does not appear in the programs that can be uninstalled. I know it is there because it does show in the downloads located in the start menu. This program creeps in when you download certain programs from the internet such as toolbars if you do not uncheck them. I am usually careful about any downloads but since I enrolled in an on-line college course for my bachelor's certain programs do need to be downloaded.
You guys helped me out last time with a problem of which came the perfect solution. I am hoping for the same this time. The program is Babylon and I do not know if you are familiar with this problem.
Any assistance offered would be gratefully appreciated!
Thank you,
Myrna Celaya
