Stupid question, but it bothers me how I can't figure out something SO SIMPLE!

Situation: I have an extensive movie library that I've created by transferring all my old DVDs and blurays onto my new HTPC. After the long process of converting/copying I'd always check if the sound and image was ok by going to random scenes in each movie.

Problem: Now all my movies have the Restart / Resume / Delete options. How the heck to I bring them all back to Play / Delete state? In other words, how do I clear WMC history?

I'd greatly appreciate any advice as this "problem" has been driving me nuts all morning!

Thanks:)

If you let the video file play to the end it resets to the play and delete state. So if you wanted to reset a file you could click on the timeline bar a few seconds from the end and then just let it run out on it`s own. Of course, you would have to do this for each video one at a time. Maybe there`s a way of doing them all in bulk, but I have never heard of it.

This is my recording studio PC. I also have a gaming rig, a HTPC, an old dual-core system I set up as a server, and a few old dinosaurs (the oldest is an Intel P-90) that I use for DOS and Win95 gaming when I feel nostalgic.
I bet renaming the folder then rebooting before you restart Media center again would do the trick.

Thanks for the tips.:) I'll see if I can FFWD to the end of each movie.

Kind of annoyed at the lack of a global history reset.
