HP 3160 printer problem

Having a problem printing from web pages. After selecting "print" from the print preview page, I get a window titled save the file. It says no items match your search. it says file name: *.xps and in the save as type field is says XPS document (*.xps) It seems to be searching for a file to print instead of just printing what I selectedt.
It will print from word pad. I should not have to download and save something to print it. I downloaded the correct driver for the printer and my computer. Any ideas? Dell Latitude E5420. HP 3260 all in one.

Look at the Print and Print Preview pages in case some default has changed.
What browser are you using? Internet Explorer or some other such as Chrome or Firefox?

It might help, to do something I always do. Go into Printers and Devices and remove every device but your default printer. Especially the Microsoft XPS Writer.

Removing devices did the trick. Thanks so much!
