Then that shows that your CD/DVD drive does not read disks to boot.

It could be a bad CD/DVD drive, but there is also the possibility that a faulty hard drive is causing a conflict at the SATA controller.

The next tests I would recommend are:

  1. Test your PW CD and W7 DVD on anther computer (just to be sure they work). It sounds like you have done this already, but I do not know that.
  2. Unplug the Hard Drive (both power and data cables) and then try to boot the (known working) boot CD or DVD.
