Hi
I have a new HP ProBook Win 7 x 64.
I have an HP m1522nf MFP which is connected to router.
It works well with present HP Probook that also runs Win7 x 64.
The new machine recognises the MFP on the network but cannot find the drivers when updating.
I have been to HP Website and downloaded the AEA4 drivers for this printer.
They download and unpack with no difficulty.
However wen
I select Easy Install and I receive the following messages:

This computer does not have the necessary USB hardware support enabled to allow completion of a USB installation> The installation cannot continue until this is resolved. ....If you are sure your computer has the physical USB connectors, refer to your computer documentation about how to enable USB in the BIOS.
(Word Doc attached has screen shots of message)
The USB ports are working and are correctly enable in BIOS.
Hello and welcome Gazza mate for starters can you do this please
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.
*(pretyped to save time)
I am assuming you are connecting the printer via USB? or is it wifi?

You might be missing the HP USB driver for the machine. If Windows installed the USB driver it may not be the correct one. The USB ports may work fine, but it might be missing the proper HP signature that the printer driver installer might be looking for.
