HTTP is not working

Hi people,
can anyone help me? I have Win 7 and I have problem with browsers. I have installed IE 8, Firefox and also Google Chrome but none of them are working in http. I tried friends FTP and it worked, i tryed to ping some web pages using cmd and also it worked but still when I open any of browser the page is still loading but not working. i Also call to my provider they set me static DNS it worked for a min and then stop working. I am using kaspersky so I hope it's not a virus. THX for response :(

It is either your antivirus or firewall. disable kaspersky and try it.

Could this be your Router Blocking HTTP Traffic? It also might be your DNS,

Type this IP address into your browser 208.67.216.231 This IP will go to www.google.com if that works then it is your DNS service, What model of router do you have?
