I accidently installed Windows 7 on Recovery (D:)

It won't let me reformat. How can I get it back to its original state?

I'm using the original version of windows 7 on my C: drive. As you can see, I have no room on my recovery. I'm willing to reformat the whole computer if I have to.

My PC: Dell Inspiron M5040

So you wanted to install on C but you installed on D called Recovery? Recovery is useless now. Can't be reverted back, it's overwritten. Did you make manufacturer recovery dvd's?

Any other relevant stuff on harddrive?
