I Am PAsT Going CRazy! Please help! 1 day after I bought seemd wrong

Bought a new Toshiba 675-7052 because I played a ton of online Poker back in 09 has 17 inch screen. geek squad pre loaded it. As of 09 I was never the admin! The other day I sent an email got a messege 2 days later back to myself! saying it got delivered but apperently with the blessing of like 10 REMOTED into my comp. Ive reloaded the toshiba discs so many times always go back to same crappy comp ! besides all the complaining, the hacker or whatever it is will not allow me to load kreofsky 2012. i have 1 lisence left. At this moment under UAC if I ask to change something - The screen says Yes or NO but Yes is light grey and you cant click it. I could go on and on and on. here is whats left of a wanna b CMD If any 1 could just tell me how to know if hacked and how to stop? or even how i can get my C or D drive back? help thanks

First off welcome to SF. Wow where to begin. Sounds like you need to re-install W7 and loose all the Geek Squad extra's much less the added OEM and other bloatware. Follow this clean install instructions and you'll be on your way to a faster, cleaner system.

You can also enter safe mode and run all the AV and Malware you can throw at the system and report back.

I have to confess I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, but as it seems you think it's to due with being hacked download and run Malwarebytes.

Also I suggest installing MS security essentials, uninstall any other AV software first.


If you need to run a virus scan from the optical drive, try AVG rescue.

I have jammed so much $ into this dang thing that I have paid for it more than 10 times with $ as well as so much time. Is AMD Vision not that good? I just keep thinking Intel it wouldnt happen to, but now they are taking over my gf comp as well. So IDK

Understand your situation has ZERO to do with your processor brand! None......

cylic it came with norton. its part of malware im pretty sure. so if i uninstall it will reboot with it. ty if any other info pls the better can u see that startup has nothing in it?

Did your New Toshiba come with W7 operating system disk and likely another that says Drivers and Software?

yes n no

it was loaded with win 7 premium. after 3 years of researching and know somethings about computers I found out where every driver n that stuff is. Not by choice but by being pissed that I cant get it fixed ! my GOAL is to buy 2 new ram sticks, a new hard drive and having kreofsky on my comp, i have wind defender and acccording to it i have 0 probs.

Looking at the mess your system is in, you may want to consider a clean install, as explained in this tutorial.

oh the discs

i had to spend 25 more from toshiba. came with 3 discs ive loaded them witholding c or d or z right away as well as going into f8 and all the others n just seem to not be able to shake this

I will do that if comes to it. i kinda read most. I have 0 stuff to save on here. I basically bought it and have wanted to pound it with a hammer for 3 years. actually sat in garage for 6 months. so at least save or write a cd/dvd of what again?

Haven't a clue what you're talking about.

If you are convinced your computer has been hacked if that's what you mean, you might as well bite the bullet and carry out a clean install.

It'll be quicker than searching for non-existent solutions.

I'm convinced it's time to do a clean install on your system. You say you don't have anything worth saving so go for it. W7 will format the hard drive and you will start fresh, plus you can hopefully choose the other programs you want to or don't want to add. Please consider less as more and loose all the factory bloatware.

You need to download the ISO that corresponds exactly with your system.

For example, if your computer uses Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, that is the ISO you should be downloading.

hey vixen when i tried to run malwarebytes i just remembered that UAC popped up and YOU CANNOT CHOOSE YES on anything. like for say do u want to run u click run after download says UAC blah blah yes or no and u CANNOT click yes for anything
