I am unable to create New Folders, option is not available.

For quite some time now I have been unable to create a new folder. I have searched all parts of my computer I know how to use, and unable to figure out why this is happening. I would greatly appreciate help with this situation, as I am in college online, and it is getting very difficult to keep track of assignments and notes. Thank you very much for your time.

Welcome to the Forums.
For now try clicking on a blank space in Explorer or on Desktop. Then press keys Control Shift n

Let me know if that works. After that we can try to restore things to normal.

The other thing you can try is a keyboard shortcut, while in a folder press CTRL + SHIFT + N
