Ok, so tried to go to windows PE but upon doing so, my cd basically just broke down. Its a cd rw and its formatted as RAW.
File explorer: NEVER OPENS UP
Command prompt -
The volume does not contain a recognized file system.Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted. / The parameter is incorrect.
When i tried to format it - Windows was unable to complete the format
