I can't connect wireless network , after re-installing windows 7

Why would you buy new Win7? You own the copy that came with your notebook for it's life to reinstall as many times as you want and in the way that you want - either Clean Reinstall Windows 7 Factory OEM or running Factory Recovery from its partition or disks you made or order from Tech Support.

If you've used the new copy DVD to reinstall then insert the Product Key from the sticker on bottom of laptop to activate it. Save the new key you bought unnecessarily to use elsewhere so you don't waste the money completely.

As stated in the steps in the blue link to get a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7 Factory OEM the drivers are mostly in the installer, while newer will be delivered quickly via optional Windows Updates after a few rounds. I am sorry no one mentioned this but they must be thinking of XP and not WIn7 which is the authority on its own drivers.

Any drivers then missing in Device Manager can be found on the Support Downloads webpage for your model. I would not change out any drivers that are given by the installer or Updates unless performance dictates doing so.

Do not snap again at the volunteers trying to help you here or you will be banned in minutes.

This is the top tech forum on the web which specializes in helping users Clean Reinstall Windows 7 Factory OEM.

No one out of thousands we have helped who installed their correct version and inserted the correct Product Key from COA sticker has failed to get it activated, even though it sometimes requires making a robocall to MS to complete activation. This is because you are switching the activation method from factory OEM-SLP mass activation method to OEM-COA which is protected by MS, requiring setting up your hardware signature in MS servers.

As also outlined in the steps in the blue link above, the Win7 installer is driver-complete with newer arriving quickly via optional Windows Updates once you get online. You can find your ethernet or wireless driver here to get online to check several round of optional Updates: Software & Driver Downloads HP Pavilion dv6-3046eo Entertainment Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

After updates if any drivers are missing in Device Manager you can find them at the link above.
