I Cant install Mac on my hardrive

I am trying to install Mac on my hardrive but i can't because it wont let me. I created another partition but that didn't help as much. If you take a look a the picture maybe you will know what I mean. I tried to go to disk utilities but couldn't access anything. I know this problem isn't a big deal because I know their is a solution , but I cant figure it out.

Looks like total space is under 3 Gb.
You're going to need a lot more space than that to install it.

You must format the drive in the Mac OS Extended (Journaled) format
Installing OSX on a PC is illegal according the Apple's license

Does Mac have to monopolize everything they have? They seriously have a stick up their arse.... no wonder why they only have a low percent of retail for their PCs. I guess this all goes back to the mid 80's when steve jobs didn't want to lend out his code to vendors
