I cant install my bluetooth headset onto toshiba laptop

I got the bluetooth dongle and it detects the headset(AEC BQ-605), but it says bluetooth peripheral unknown driver. I have emailed the website, but i have yet to get a response. Can you try figuring this problem out, please?

Edit:Oh yeah, i also tried looking into the device manager, and i couldnt find the software needed online.

We would need to know which bluetooth card is installed on the system. You would need to install the bluetooth driver/software for the system.
