Solved I can't install net framework 3.5

I tried to install net framework 3.5 but i get this error,

Any idea\advice?

Quite simply, navigate to:
Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off

From there, just uncheck Microsoft .NET Framework and try installing again.

I already tried this but it doesn't working.

Edit: i use Microsoft .NET Framework uninstaller tool,restart and that fixed the problem.
