I can't open programs on desktop

Hi,
a few night ago I' ve removed password from my PC with sethc.exe hack (How to Reset Your Forgotten Windows Password the Easy Way). I've done everything alright but I couldn't return sethc.exe from C:\sethc.exe to C:\windows\system32\sethc.exe. Now when I open my sticky keys, it opens sethc.exe. After that my computer become very slow. It took a while to show icons on desktop and my desktop is black. I can't run programs on desktop, all of them are .lnk files,I can run only few and I can't change my desktop theme, it' s just black...nothing else. When I press right click on icons, instead of "Open" it says " "%1" %* ". I think that happened to me because I used win7 32bit CD and I have win7 64bit, and that maybe caused problems in registry or system.

Does anyone know what is it and can u help me?

See if restoring the file association for the .lnk filetype solves the issue:

Select the lnk - Shortcut link (LNK) files.

I tried but it doesn't work :/ I think my .lnk files are ok...I can't release what actualy happened...when I try to open sticky keys it opens sethc.exe...That' s not normal for windows...
