i can't open wordpad i get error.

i can not open wordpad, when i open wordpad i get error(windows can't access specified device, path or file...).

i tried all method that illustrated in this link(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2669244) but i could not solved this error.
and also i reinstall Microsoft office 13 but problem is not solved.

i use window 7 ultimate.

Wordpad is comes with Windows, I don't think it is a part of MS Office Suite(?).

Tried browsing to C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories and opening wordpad from there?
If it doesn't open, right click and go into properties, check if security settings are correct.
