Solved I can't see my Text

I installed a Theme and it completely changed my desktop, then I wanted to revert and the text is white and stuff. please help!
When it's on a white bacground, it does that. But when on a Black BG, I can barely see, but still greyish black

When I go on a Black Background

Hello SP mate for starters go to Control Panel > Personalise (see pic 1) > go to pic two and you will have to play around a bit I don't know quite how to work it myself and this might not what you want. but....

If John's method does not work, you can also try a system restore.

Post a link to the theme and I will look at it.

Was this a transparent theme using FullGlass.exe or BlackGlassEnhanced?

You could try both of his steps and will still work
But you do have to restart your computer
