I cant start or stop service

Hello guys, i have a problem. I connected from teamviwer in china, where is troublemaker computer. I have program UPS Confing (battery) and when i run it windows show me dialog box UPS Conf has stopped working.
I open Task manager, service tab and i found service ADI UPS- is stopped , group N/A. When a try started it , it type me Access is denied. I am administator.
Please help

AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)

Hae you elevated task manager before trying to start the service?
By default you do NOT have administration permissions, even if the logged in account belongs to the administrators group.

Another possibility is to right-click the service and select Properties. Then go to the Security tab and check Ownership and Permissions. Simply reinstalling the UPS firmware might do it as well.
