Disabled internet from my windows 7 PC last year, but still want to connect to my home LAN (mostly to send items to the printer or share files with my Windows 10 laptop). Is this safe? PC is mostly off and unplugged.

What do you mean by "safely?" You don't need an internet connection to establish and use a LAN.

Sorry, I meant “is my PC still at risk (viruses, malware, etc.) even if it is not connected to the internet, but is connected to my lan which is connected?” I know that windows 7 is not supported anymore, which is why I don’t use it to go online. Thanks

If I understand correctly, each computer's Windows Explorer can send and receive folders and files from each other, am I correct? I call that "Intranet". Turning off Internet should not affect your Intranet. Keep us posted!
3/25 rjsnote: Incidentally, with a combination of a few 3rd party AV/AS/AM programs, 0patch, MSE & WD, you should be just fine for Safe Browsing - that was meant for those remaining on The 'Net.

How did you stop the internet ie remove cable to use the lan you need the local network and you need to delete any default gateway on the win7 pc which stops it going on the net but allows local access

It's fine! FFS people. Having an outdated OS is not going to magically give you an online STD. With no Internet you don't have anything to worry about. If you bring software onto your air gaped computer, just make sure you scan it first at Virus Total on the other Internet connected computer. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!

This fallacy about getting a virus with Windows 7 or what ever has really climbed inside the ass of the populace. Just like COVID-19 crap. I see people wear a mask in the damn car. THE CAR! Ughhh...
