I forget my password admin account, now I can't login to my laptop or windows.. what is the best way to reslove this problem?

I try this (f8 when start windows for "Safe Mode") but didn't work.

With proof of ownership for both the computer [this is a laptop, correct?] and for the Windows, go to a local computer fixit store, they will have legal yet powerful ways of getting in; going forward, have a notebook with exact usernames and passwords in a locked desk or file cabinet.

You can use portable HDD to save your files, if you want.
