I have "DHCP" how can I use "Static" IP on a wireless connection?

I don't know if this is the right place, but I seriously need some help.
I've got an IP that changes every time my "gateway" (router) is reset.

First of all, I'm using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. AND IIS. (Internet information services) or something like that..

It's really annoying, because my IP is also a website.

People can access the IP as a site, but when it changes, the old one goes off.
It gets really frustrating! I've tried manually entering it on the gateway, but my gateway just stops working and I have no internet access.

I tried entering it manually on Windows, but it will disable my internet but allow me to access the site from the old IP.

So I have to keep it on "Obtain an IP address automatically"

Please help! I've been on this all day.

Your router gets its "outside" IP from the ISP so that you cant set manually. I assume the website is using that one, correct?

The inside IP's can be manually set but that will only work from the internal lan. Is that what you want to do?

Not sure what you mean exactly. The IP address I see from whatismyip.com is what I'm talking about.
What you said, probably yes?
