oh GOD i am mad i put my iso files in USB with wrong method by using Ultra ISO...now the problem is solved there is no need to install any drivers thanks alot for replies...

i am unis Win7 last one year and reinstall it many times but now there is common issue i search this problem in Google and apply all methods but i can't install new windows in my PC...
here is the my PC requirements
Dell GX Optiplex 280
1.5GB of RAM
160GB and 40GB of hard drives
256MB ATI Graphics

Your DVD/CD has any driver missing, get new DVD.
