i keep getting a blue screen after webroot update

I keep getting a blue screen of death that says bad pool header after my webroot was upgraded to webroot secure anywhere. Whould i turn webroot off to see what happens?

First - have you asked for assistance at the webroot website?

Second - did you do anything else besides upgrade to webroot secure anywhere?

Third - do you have any other security software running?

never mind. its my cpu fan that stopped working
