I need help regarding about delays

I dont know exactly what Category I should put this, so I have a Acer Laptop running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics Processor. I have this delay issue to my keyboard, mouse, and display. Every 0.5 to 2 seconds it always delay moving the mouse cursor, typing something using the keyboard, and the display/screen being unresponsive, the other features are fast and good. I did try the Registry Editor and Uninstall some drivers on Device manager but still the delay is present. I really appreciated if any one could gave me an instruction to fix this kind of issue. Thanks a lot. Feel free to ask me questions.

Welcome to the forum. What speed hd does it have its often a sign of a slow 5000 rev hd as it can take all the cpu to write to a slow drive

hello, may I ask where to find that? the laptop has 480gb sata ssd

In device manager under drives its a comon problem replace with ssd and speed doubles
