I need underclock

My power supply is broken and i dont have money to buy now new, i can still using computer but my games crashing and bsoding and sometimes my my pc shut down so i want underlock my hardware to little help my power suppli.Now i upload picture from gpu z to see what i have hardware and if i can underclock pls help how underclock and what program use i want underclock procesor and graphic card.

You would be way better off if you stopped playing games until you can afford a new PSU. A bad one can damage your system if you keep using it.
