I REALLY need help figuring out SP1 for win 7 x64 PLEASE

On MS site it has a DL but it give u an option to pick as it says "
Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7" and i dont have server 2008 just need win 7 and then it goes on to say to get "fixes" aka realease note

Does anyone know how to do more current SP1 and if u can do and ISO then what is the best away to do it through "windows update" as ive i did a clean install 10 times i never seen SP1 as option randomly it would say i need 20 files then after reboot nothing and hrs later 30 more etc...

I'm not sure why you are not offered SP1 via Windows Update...
...but the file that you want is the first one (1.9GB ISO).
