Hello.
I really need some help with my computer.. I just reinstalled windows 7 and it works great.. Except one thing.
I am the kind of guy that hears music alot. I installed spotify and it works.. Sometimes. When i start up my computer it works great, but sometimes it just turns off.. Not literrally. But it says that it can't play the current track. I looked it up on the Spotify forums and it says that i can't play the songs because i had premium before and now the free Spotify. I recently upgraded to premium again and it still does that.. Also on Facebook i can't play videos and it is the same thing! I KNOW it is my computer because i need to "restart" my sound driver, and then i can play songs again.. But restarting the driver only works in about 2 - 5 minutes. Please help! Hope you guys can help me.

Thank you for reading.

Jacob

Hello and welcoem Jacob mate I am not an expert and no fan of anything vaguely social media like Facebook or Spotify so I cannot comment on if there would be any connection there.
What I would do if I were you for starters run these

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 - in safe mode is good for these

and then these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware Detection & Removal Software
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)
