i think my computer is infected with a perflib file?

Hi, im rediting this post. multiple changes i been doing lately.

i got rid of avast software and avg fully out of my computer. the registries and files no longer in there. except for the firewall ones of legacy. im assuming not much i can do with those.

now im moving onto the perflib 009 file or folder. idk what program its connected too to get rid of. hack tool is somewhat partially removed. so what do i next?

i did the Microsoft safety scanner twice. i installed the regsoft one to fix many of the issue.

so it seems age of empires 3 is working. but my laptop is slow though.
